Everything showed up in good shape, and the packaging felt really solid without being annoying to open. The jars were wrapped well, nothing leaked, and nothing got crushed. I guess you never really know how delivery will go, but this one definitely seemed packed with care. I’d happily order again.

Ordered from Carluccio’s with my sister and we were both happy with it. The portions were decent for the price, and everything tasted really good. Definitely felt like a solid meal without spending too much.

Most of the stuff I wanted was actually in stock when I ordered, which was a nice change. Checkout was simple, and I didn’t get hit with those annoying last-minute “out of stock” messages. It feels like the right way to run a store, don’t waste people’s time showing things they can’t actually buy.

I’m usually assuming places like this will have a couple of token options and then it gets awkward, but that wasn’t the case here. I’m veggie and my friend is gluten free, and we both found things easily. The menu was clear too, which makes such a difference.

I also got the garlic bread, and it was proper nice — crispy on the outside but still soft in the middle. Portions were decent too. Nothing overly fancy, just really tasty food that felt well made. I’d definitely order again.

I finally got my refund back after a few days, it wasn’t the nightmare saga I was bracing for. Straightforward in the end.

I went to Carluccio’s last weekend and the staff were really lovely. They were friendly without hovering, which is exactly what you want when you’re just trying to enjoy a meal. There was a small mix-up with our order, but they sorted it quickly and without any fuss. It was busy, but everyone still seemed calm and on top of things. good service makes such a difference, and I’d happily go back.

I tried booking a table on Carluccio's and, ironically, that ended up being the most stressful part of the whole dining experience. The page kept freezing whenever I picked a time, then suddenly claimed there were no spaces available. Funny enough, when I called the restaurant later, they did have tables. It took way longer than something this simple should. I’m sure the food is probably good, but the booking system could really use some attention.
